What is the return & exchange policy?
All orders are custom made in the USA and are non-refundable or returnable. If there is a defect in an item or a wrong item was sent to you we will fix this for you immediately.

How do I design my own bedding?
Gosh, you're so trendy. Let your inner-designer shine with our DESIGN YOUR OWN package. You have the opportunity to custom design EVERY item in your room. The possibilities are endless. Follow the steps when creating your inspiration. Please make sure you click each fabric and approve it before adding it to the cart. Each item is added separately to the cart.

How do I get design assistance?
We're here to help! Our “Hire a Designer” program is perfect for you. Give us some of your inspiration (colors, pictures, or patterns) and we will design ur custom room for you from top to bottom. Each design consultation will come with 1 FULL HOUR of personal design help (via email thread or phone) as well as detailed list of your design plan. You will order the items you want and make any changes your little heart designs {desires} using the Design Ur Own Section.

We offer 3 different bedding packages:

Can I make changes to a Designer Bed in a Bag Set?
The Bed in a Bag sets are sold as is. To make any changes please use the set as inspiration and complete the Design Ur Own for each item. To order a solid stock duvet as seen in the sets visit our Stock Duvets & Inserts section under the Accessories tab.

What are monograms made of?
Our monograms are vinyl monograms that allow for bigger bolder more fab monograms. We suggest turning the items inside out when washing. Air dry.

How are headboards attached?
Headboards are lightweight (about 3 lbs) and are attached with industrial strength velcro, perfect for dorm & cinderblock walls. If this is against the school's policy you may purchase command tabs from your local hardware store and follow the same application.

How are bed skirts attached?
All bed skirts come with a set of twist-in pins. Line up the bed skirt to the desired length. Fold back the excess and twist the provided pins into the base of the mattress or box spring. Use 4 pins per panel to secure. To remove simply unscrew the pin in reverse corkscrew motion. Bed skirts also come standard with a tension rod pocket if you prefer a gathered look. Simply secure a tension rod (not included) under your mattress.

What is the turnaround time?
Turnaround time is 3-4 week during normal production. During our busy season May-August please expect a longer turnaround time of up to 4-6 weeks. We work diligently to get orders out in a timely manner. For dorm decor we suggest ordering early in the season to guarantee arrival. We work around the clock to get orders out as quickly as possible. The DAY the items are ready they will be shipped and you will receive shipment notification from UPS.

How can I get my order faster?
Expedited Orders can be added to your cart during checkout for a fee of $50 in addition to any additional shipping fees. Expedited orders will be shipped from our Warehouse within 14 business days. Please note that this does NOT include the transit time from our Warehouse to your shipping destination. All bedding is shipped from South Florida. We work around the clock to get these orders out as quickly as possible. If you need your items be a specific date, please write in the notes "Willing to Pay 2- Day Shipping or Overnight Shipping" in checkout and we will contact you when your order is ready to ship for additional payment. Any additional shipping fees must be paid PRIOR to shipment. 

What are the care instructions?
Care instructions for custom bedding use cold water and mild detergent Woolite. Drying is not recommended - Air Dry Only.

How can I track my order?
If you registered a D2D account all you need to do is sign in to your account using the "My Account" tab at the top right of the page. Sign in using your email and password. Once you have signed in click "View your order history" to see the current status of your order. Note: We HIGHLY recommend that you create an account.

Can I track my order if I did not register?
Unfortunately, due to our high volume of custom orders, we are unable to track orders via the phone & email. Our main goal is to get the orders out as soon as possible. Upon shipment you will receive an email with tracking information from UPS.

How can I contact you?

What is your shipping policy?
Our turnaround time is 4-6 weeks. We will ship the items the day they are ready. Regular Shipping will have your order shipped from our Warehouse within 4-6 weeks (this does NOT include the time it takes to deliver your package from our Florida Warehouse to your final destination). We make it a priority to ship out orders in a timely fashion. If you need your order faster, we recommend Expedited Processing. All Expedited orders will incur a $50 handling fee and we will have your order shipped from our Warehouse within 14 business days. If you need your order by a specific date, please write the date in the Notes section and we will contact you if additional shipping fees will need to be incurred (overnight/2-day shipping) Payment for any expedited processing/additional shipping fees must be paid in advance by customer before order is shipped out.

Shipping Surcharge
To ensure your order reaches you safely additional oversized item surcharge may apply to some heavy or bulky items due to size weight or special handling required. This item surcharge is in addition to standard shipping rates. We do not ship to P. O. Boxes. Duvet inserts and wall monograms will be shipped separately.

Items won't add to my cart.
Please make sure cookies are enabled in your browser. Also look for errors of required fields when ordering an item. If you fail to fill out all required fields you will see a red error above the field.

I think my order is missing something... what do I do?
Please thoroughly inspect items as soon as they arrive. All orders are checked by two D2D employees to ensure correctness. Please check the entire box for small items such as headboard Velcro and bed skirt pins that may fall to the bottom. The pillow sham is usually stuffed into the duvet cover package. We are happy to correct any mistakes within 7 days of delivery.
