Shipping Policy
In stock items usually ship within 48 to 72 hours. On
custom orders we ask that you allow the full 4 weeks
although you could get it sooner! Custom bedding,
specialty and luxury items may take up to 4-8 weeks to
deliver. Items are typically shipped USPS ground or UPS
ground. Expedited shipping is available and rates are
based on total weight and handled on individual basis.
Shipping Charges
Ground Shipping Rates (3-7 Business Days from the day of
shipping). In order to protect you shipping rates
include Insurance and delivery confirmation.

Do you charge sales tax?
Décor 2 Ur Door operates in Florida,we are required to
collect 6.50% sales tax on orders shipped to a Florida
address. Those who live outside Florida will not be
charged sales tax.
What about custom orders, can I cancel those orders?
There are NO cancellations or RETURNS on orders that are
custom made for you. Those items may not be returned or
refused.
Can I special order items not on your website?
Absolutely! If there is anything you would like us to
order for you, please e-mail us and we will try to help.
You never know unless you ask!
What if items are no longer available or backordered?
Due to customized nature of product line, substitutions
may be necessary. Any modifications from the original
ensemble list will maintain the group's integrity.
Photos of substituted items will be provided upon
request. We understand you are excited to get your new
bedding items and we will try our best to get them to
you as quickly as we can. Unfortunately, there may be
instances when we can not keep up with demand. A
backorder could occur which we cannot control. We can
promise that as soon as the products are ready, we will
immediately ship it out to you. You will always be
notified if items are on backorder. If part of the order
is backordered we will hold the order for shipping until
we have all items ready to ship. ****
How about Returns and Exchanges? IMPORTANT

Décor 2 Ur Door strives to provide our customers with
the highest quality merchandise and an unparalleled
shopping experience. We do not offer returns… however we
will offer a merchandise credit based on approval and
return authorization from décor 2 ur door within seven
days of shipment.
